Ingredients:1/2 cup unslated butter1/2 cup milk1 teaspoon vanilla extract3 cups oat 1 egg "beaten"5 tablespoons self-rising flour dont forget to add sugar, i cant say a certain quantity but probably half a regular cup would be ok, you might want to taste the past to make sure :-)  Direction:preheat over "170" degrees C mix milk, vanilla, eggmelt butter, add it to the flourmix all together well, put in over for 8-12 minsleave to cool on a rack and its ready to eat

Ingredients:400g biscuits125g yogurt 25g butter2 table spoons double cream36g cream chantie packet "whiped cream"250g cottage cheese 1 mug sugar1 mug milk3 table spoons vanilla1 egg yellow75g jelly "strawberry flavour" Directions:Blend the biscuits with the butter till it becomes soft and totally cruchedPut in oven for 12-17 mins "180 fan oven or 200 heated oven"while this is in the ovenIn a bowl; mix the Cream Chantie "Whiped Cream" + Cottage Cheese + Yogurt + Double Cream and mix till fine paste and put on a side for nowIn a souce pan mix the Sugar + Milk + Egg yellow + Vanilla + Jelly, keep stiring till sugar completely dissolved and till the whole mix is boiling then turn off the cooker, leave to cool for a whileBlen the two mixtures together goodpour the mix on the biscuits and leave to cool then put in the fridge for few hours till it holds upReady to be servedPortion serves 8-10 people
